Placing an Order Online

It’s easy to shop on our Website. If you would like to purchase an item, simply place an order by selecting the items you which to purchase and click add to cart. When you have finished shopping, click the checkout button to finalize your purchase. Please note that all purchases are subject to availability and that we will not be bound to provide you with any products or services unless and until we accept your order and provide you with an order confirmation.

Out-of-Stock and Back Orders

In the unlikely event that one or more of our products are out-of-stock, we will notify you via email that such product is out-of-stock and inform you of the anticipated shipment date.

Return Policy

We hope that you are satisfied with every purchase from our Website. We accept returns, but only for products which were found to be damaged upon arrival or if the wrong item was shipped. We will gladly send a replacement product. If you have questions about your online order please contact our online customer support team at 866-595-8917. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM EST. Please note that shipping, handling and sales tax charges are not refundable on returns.

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation with your order number will be emailed to the address provided during the checkout process. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, a shipping notification with tracking number will be sent.
